my head gasket is leaking in front by block and head. why would this happen my truck has never seen over 36lbs of boost. I don't get it... So gotta get that done. anyone have a set of arp head studs? gonna do it right while it's out

and now I get to figure out how to pay for all this.. well I hope work picks up.

 

replacing the gasket aint bad if your just doing stock parts, a gasket is about $60 it took me a full day to pull the head and put it back on. the secound time took me a few weeks because of down time for head work and parts

 

well the problem would be the fact that I have over 2' of snow and no place to work on it and not cherry picker. So I am kind of at the mercy of what I can get it done for. and the truck is not at my place either.

 

I got my truck back friday and while it was in there I went ahead and got it studded and o-ringed the head. So I should be good to go. only question I have is how much boost can the stock sensor read through the edge?
