Look again you can see the side of the trailer and part of the load. Its a yellow fendered flat bed trailer with some type of metal/scrap tied down on it.

i was wondering that too...
probably someone was just being stupid

my farther owns a towing company... most accidents are from drivers just being dumb
OUI, driving in the snow just to get a pizza, speeding, erotic driving.

then again me may have been just avoiding someone else that was being dumb

The drivers door is punched in like someone may have gotten impatient and tried to pass at the wrong time then hit him. Just a guess. I've had people do stupid stuff like that to me while I am towing and then cut it close to get back over.
The front right tire is scuffed up like it climbed the wall kicked sideways and slid to a stop causing the frame to roll under.

In that situation, I wonder if I would try to break and climb out the back window after I soiled myself. It'd be pretty awesome if I never know the answer to that.
