Notice the tongue of the trailer IS STILL ON THE GROUND... a bit over weight might you say?

i think that tongue you see are parts of the wrecker on the other side.
notice the chains. i think they are keeping the butt held down to keep it from goin over any further. after all there is alot of weight over the side, extended cab with a cummins
