Manual Boost Controller???
Hey, I keep thinking of installing a MBC on my cummins, but i tried searching for more info on the subject with no help, I saw that not many cummins owners have this. Why? I have a new MBC that i was gonna put on another vehicle but decided ii wanted it on my truck instead. Would there be any worries about putting it on my truck besides monitering the boost? And also i have no clue as to where to start on the install. Much wisdom is requested.

here's my boost regulator..
I set it where ever I test & tune it and the boost has to get that high before the waste gate will start to operate. Right now, on level 6 with the speedloader on the 6-gun I can hit 32 psi.
Does this help at all?

yeah it looks good but i already have a MBC i just need to know where to hook it
up as in to what hoses, you know what i mean. i just dont know what line to use for inlet and which for outlet. otherwise those are great pics.

im not worried about making too much boost just want to hook it up as a cheap low ball mod, any suggestions on which lines to tap into would help

What truck is this for? What mods are done? (you dont really have anything listed)
Usually on 24Vs guys just use a boost fooler.
Heres info on a manual boost controller for a 12V:

As you can see you really dont need a fancy $ boost controller - simply a needle valve.
BTW, people are busy these days. Sometimes we dont always have a chance to jump on each and every question asked.

Sorry, I just seen this - all I can see for mods is a cold air intake and 4" exhaust. Really, a manual boost controller isnt going to do anything for you. Theres no need to even be talking about this until you start throwing more fuel at the VP-44.
A couple of things to think about:
Do you have guages installed (including fuel pressure)?
Do you have an upgraded fuel system?
It is unwise to proceed with any performance modifications until you have addressed both of those items.
