Default New Traction Bars

Finally got the first photos form Stefan from DTT on his new traction bar set-up he will be mass producing. Can be had in bolt on in the rear or weld on too. Couple pics.....







I'll fill in more info when I get it!

More info..... High quality material, the heim are all made in USA, energy suspension bushings, DOM tubing, grade 8 hardware. all brackets are CNC done, no corners cut on this set-up.

Looks cool. I don't know what the standard is for the hardware on these things but in my world that grade 8 hardware would tend to make me nervous. Grade 8 is great stuff for things that are static, no movement involved just need to be held tight. But in this case there's gotta be a lot of torque and vibration roll through these things and grade 8's tend to be to brittle in those applications. This is why no grade 8 stuff is used in trailer hitches. The bolts don't have any flex or give so when somethin really stresses them they snap. Over time even simple vibration will weaken them because they are so stiff and brittle.

Just my thoughts.

After seeing those designs, I may try and build my own.

They are going to be available with rear heims or bushings front and rear, they are going to be more custom than full production so guys can get them more tailored to there wants, apposed to its this way or no way type of deal.
