well i will automatically get new grade 8 bolts with nylock locking nuts on then and torque them to about 200 ft-lb with the air gun

aligning the trac bar is easy. DT used to give a little gauge thing with their bar, I dont know if they still do or not but that helps a bit. its not hard really

Check out Stover Nuts....they are similar to a nylock but unlike a nylock they are resuable:

Stover® Lock Nuts on Coburn-Myers Fastening Systems, Inc.

ok guys now that i got my dt profab track bar would it be a wise decision to go ahead and get one of those dt profab steering stabilizers as well its $197 shipped from dt

If your gonna go that route go here, same thing cheaper. Dodge Stabilizer Brackets : PSC Motorsports, Off-Road Steering Experts
