What turbo would it take to be able to put an extreme race cam in it and marine 370hp injectors. Then exhaust and air intake. With reasonable egts and I wanna roll coal freight train

Your use of the word 'extreme ", tells me you are only experienced with gasoline motors.

You don't cam a diesel like you do a gasoline motor, overlap is what makes a gas motor lope.
overlap on a diesel will kill it. Go over to cummins forum and sign in and reaoed thier stickies.
