Default CUTTING YOUR STACK

HI,
IT IS BEST TO USE A BAND SAW WITH A FINE TOOTH STEEL CUTTING BLADE.
RUN THE BLADE AT HIGH SPEED.
YOU WILL WANT TO USE MASKING TAP AROUND THE CUT AREA, ABOUT 2 LAYERS.
THIS WILL REDUCE THE BURRS AND MAKE FOR A CLEANER CUT.
NEED MORE INFO, FEEL FREE TO GIVE ME A CALL.
THANKS,
DAVE

Don't do it. Just buy pre cuts. If their a chrome finish you will trash them. They also will look likr crap from close when and if you cut them personally.

I have gotten some nice cuts using a high speed, but its hard to stay straigh so the band saw has been the best results for me. But you need a good blade and good speed like Monster exhaust said... Good luck..

Before I installed my mitre cuts I had bull haulers. Cut them straight across and it looked like garbage. So I installed flappers on them. Looked much better. Mitres were the best though.
