Default need help fast....injector pump help

VP44 finnally went out. Left me on the side of the road. Its throwing the code p1688....not good. its my understanding that there is nothing else to do but replace it. So i guess the question is what kind of pump should i go with ? been thinking about the bd high performance vp44. wondered if anybody has one or has a better option without spending the 4000 on a p-pump conversion. thanks

You can do the bd pump, but i would recomend upgrading the fuel lines, and some other fuel upgrades to keep fuel in the pump. I've heard one of the issues with these pumps is the lack of fuel getting to the pump because of the small fuel lines.Hopefully someone else will chime in here to help out with this question.

Went ahead and installed the BD pump, seems to be fine. fuel pressure seams to be good. also added a pair of 100 HP Injectors
