i got the truck last week. the truck was not running so i brought in and they said it needed new injectors... they installed 6 new bosch injectors... now that we got it running it only has 50% power and it does not shift into second gear or overdrive.. the truck does not blow smoke and it idles very well...it is popping codes p0483 p0541 p0642 p1749 p0107 p2509 p2607... i have replaced the map sensor iat sensor and the throttle valve... i re-checked the codes and they are all still there... i have also taken all ground wires in the engine bay and ground to bare metal and reconnected all wires.. i have cleaned out all wire terminals and cleaned all connections to the computers.. im having no progress..... does ANYONE have any idea what is goin on with this truck???

not a cummins tech but maybe is the ECM? and where were the injectors done dealership? and i would as a cummins tech or dealer what could cause these problems and go from there i guess

 

Truck fixed... It was 1 wire broke by the power steering causing all the codes and crap

 

I can't tell you how many times I thought there was a major problem with something and it was something stupid. Good to hear the old girl is goin again!!
