Default Power Door Lock Fix

My rear driver's side power door lock stopped working the other day. I was dreading looking for the gremlin or replacing the switch. I mentioned it on another post and a guy responded that he had a similar problem only with the window. His harness between the cab and the door must have bound up or something and broke a couple wires. I thought it may be a longshot but I checked anyway and sure enough I had 4 wires almost in two and the power door lock signal wire was in two. I repaired them and now my door lock works. Nice when stuff works out that way.

cool. must be a fairly common issue. i wonder if it's just that door or every door. i wouldn't be surprised if it was just that one door. i've seen cars develop stranger habits......

It was the same door for the other guy. Probably a short harness from the CM to Chrysler I would expect.
