Great vid chad! Thought we were gonna have another michael vick for a second
One thing though, Over the years as I have done these changes on everything from tiny cars to 400+hp tractors, I always leave the cap off the radiator till the thermostat opens, just in case there is any air trapped in it. My dad one time forgot this little detail on his freshly restored 76 bronco and blew the bottom hose sky high of the brand new 347 he just built. He wound up repainting the thing because the antifreeze ruined it!!!

never thought of that before , i didnt remove the bottom hose either to drain the block

FYI if you have ~90k on your truck i would change the t stat

Great video I did mine when I replace the water pump that went up at 71,000 miles so I replaced it and put flex-a-lite fans on it. I use a cummins t-stat. Love the dog fight ( good scoobys)
