Default stock 12v dyno

just info for comparison sake...

dyno'ed my 02 club cab le @
relentless diesel in willis tx, bone
stock, with the star wheel all the
way in. a518 auto. all it could
muster up was 149 hp / 353 tq.
sure feels like more than that
when rolling down the road. not
MUCH more, but a little

That's not bad for a stock 19 year old truck. I never dynoed my 93 stock but it puts out pretty good for the little it has done. 1 turn on the screw, Bhaf, 3" intake elbow, 56 comp wheel, 16 cm housing, 4" exhaust= 246hp?/605 ft/lbs. Not fast but it runs with the stock common rails.

I had 75hp sticks on mine about a year ago, I think they were 4 hole tips. They burned clean and didn't really smoke too much with the pump turned up a bunch which I liked. The only reason I took them out was they ran too hot towing heavy trailers with my turbo. Those will make your truck come alive especially with the 351.

got the #4 pin installed. now before, i already had the star wheel
bottomed, so when i got the new pin installed, the get up and go
disappeared until you got to around 1400 rpm. popped the cap off
and adjusted the smoke screw almost 3 turns, and that got the low
end power right back. runs really good now. i'm seeing almost 30
lbs of boost @ just over 1k egt.
