What's your point? Mike likes to dyno trucks a bit different than David, often he will either start the run at a higher RPM or go in direct to lessen wear and tear on the driveline.

Why does someone have to have a point when they are stating a comment? Is it because you don't agree with that statement? Or is it because it doesn't agree with what you think? You should really take a min and look at all the posts on this forum. You have either been rude or smart assed to everyone that has posted here.

I think we should just drop this and go on because it doesn't matter what anyone has to say your going to have some smart comment. There are just to many variables when it comes to running a truck on the dyno.

PERIOD

Dynos are useful to measure gains with tuning. It's turned more into a sport of who can get the most. Each operator has his style, so comparing from one dyno to the next really isn't helping anyone. For instance, Look at Jason Eplings truck....those of you who were at the dyno day know what I'm talking about!
Smokem, Are the actual opening pressures the same on the HO vs SO injectors?

I'm a little surprised that this thread has turned so controversial, but conversations good.
I was just trying to define a answer already given without the your wrong/I'm right bashing fest.

1st: Where's the proof in paper the customer didnt get what they paid for?
Where's the actual data instead of "words". I've seen no factual data from you yet, I wasnt going to say anything but if you want to help your cause back off a bit. Your hurting your points, The way your putting it,it makes no sense and I'm not the first to say that!

2nd: This is bull, an uneducated statement..... If the pump was installed new, It's got warranty from the pump builder, You dont get core refunds unless you paid for the core upfront, Got proof of that? Most shops do sell old parts, federal law states we're allowed to do so UNLESS THE CUSTOMER REQUEST TO KEEP OLD PARTS BEFORE THE JOB BEGINS!

Curtis and Luke, if the both of you weren't they way you are, I wouldn't hassle you so much. Keep up the great spelling Curtis, it really drives your point home and people are sure to believe someone when their posts are almost incomprehensible.

OK 6 Speed please stop posting for your friend. Its getting nothing but drama stirred up and it gets nothing accomplished. The he said she said needs to stop.

Ok First of all I really… REALLY did not want to have to post in this thread but I have no choice at them moment.

First of all the vp. The truck in question had fuel issues when it came to us. After checking fuel pressure and putting an Airdog on the truck ran fine. We contacted the customer and asked what he would like to do. He told us to put the new VP on. He paid for the Vp we ate core charge till the old pump was returned. It came to our attn at this time that one of our good friend’s relatives had a dead VP or so we thought so we offered it to him. As we would have done for you at one point in time if you were in need of help! It turned out to be something else so a good running core VP went back as a core. And we got our core charge back.

Guys let me say again. The core charge was paid by us. So we were the ones that get it back. Yes I could have charged him the core charge then refunded him the Core charge but to make it easier we took care of it.

The parts… The morning we delivered the truck we got everything together the night before. Jamie and I delivered the truck and then met up with Paul and Curtis to head down to the De Leon truck pull in Texas. It was the simple fact that it was a crazy morning at around 3AM that we forgot the parts. I did not feel comfortable leaving the parts with just anyone so I planned on bringing them to an upcoming dyno day. Witch is the same dyno we originally agreed to pay for. I even brought most of them (forgot the stock fuel filter canister and stock diff cover) to the blackout to give to him. He forgot to take them I forgot to remind him. I have no need for stock parts all they are doing is taking up space.

Paperwork… All paperwork decals etc... That came with everything was put into the center consol. Have you guys opened it? If you lost it that’s fine I will get a hold of the companies and get you more warranty info.

I have tried more than one time to talk to him about his setup and try a few changes Ive found him a comp box to try to see if it runs better. But the impression I got form our conversation was that He wanted to keep his Quad…ok. I’ve tried to help him with injectors told him we would help him with some 150s I was told that he already had some and that he wanted to sell the 200s back to me. I told him that he would have no trouble selling them online for more than the price they were offered to me at. I also told him the price to sell them at and that’s what there currently for sale at and I offered to help him sell them. To say that I have not tried to help him get his truck the way he would like it is a completely incorrect statement and a stab at me!

One more thing to say you didn’t get what you paid for is a flat out LIE. You can hit up any vender on this forum and tell them what you paid for parts and what you were charged for labor and they will tell you that you got a good deal on parts and an amazing deal on labor!

I’m tired of the accusations towards me, Jamie, Weston and SDX im tired of the drama it gets old really fast and it’s the last thing I have time for! its not only hurting everyone involved but Diesel Bombers and our hobby!
