If you do a search for these a few good threads should come up that have all the info you need. Sorry I don't remember what section they were in and if I were not on my way out the door I'd find em for ya.
I have an Espar D4 - if you live in a cold climate and use your truck everyday - they are WORTH EVERY PENNY.
Pros - no more cold start on the engine (a huge plus in my book), instant heat in the cab, never have to scrape ice from windows ever again.
Cons - none. (Other than you cant park the truck in a garage).

I will be using my new truck every day, gonna be a Tool Distributor for Cornwell Tools. It will be nice for my morning stops to not have everything be frosty to the touch. And I will have to park outside, so no ice on windshield is great draw for me.
Moeszyslak we use them in are tractors at work they are in the cab for air heat, plus we have them on the motor for coolant, there very easy to maintain, im getting one this year for my pickup, they have clocks in them so you can start them 30 mins before you go out side and there temp controled so they wont burn anything up there spendy but worth it in my book,
I have had a Webasto in my '01 for a few years now. Works great and doesn't use much fuel. You just can beat the convenience of it. It's kind of like AC, once you've had it you will never want to do without. It is pricey though; and I know with Webasto, you have to have the kit installed (more $$$).
Good luck whatever you decide.
