I got a Xceptional 6500 6.5 its a piece of junk Crank broke after 5000kms over one year no warranty dsg said it was bad casting. Chinese junk don't purchase. BAD to deal with very rude when contacted,basically told me to take a hike

 

I've been bitten by RJ-Performance - for over $7,000. I'm less fortunate than some, more fortunate than others. One thing I've learned:

File a complaint with the BBB. RJ-Performance has an F rating with them, but it has helped some people.

Also, there is a law enforcement agency in Canada that handles complaints for companies that lie to consumers. It is called Industry Canada. Their phone number is 800-348-5358. Hit 2 for English (not French) and then hit 0 to speak with an officer.

Share your experience with this group - they might not be able to get you YOUR money back, but they can take legal action up to and including jail time for the perpetrators of this fraud. And boy, there are tons of pissed off people on the internet. When you think that only 1 out of 10 people who get pissed complain, it is obvious that they have hurt a lot of folks.

 

I wouldn't deal with them. They sell junk won't warranty nothing. They never get back to you. new exceptional 6500 6.5 diesel with 5000kms the crank broke in two places and took out the block. BEWARE
