I like the looks of the fuel setup. Correct me if I guess wrong.....
The fuel lines into the back are the supply lines.
Are you using the "standard" fuel ports on the up front to run through a regulator and back to the tank? Are those 1/2" or 3/8" lines for the supply and what size for the return?

Welds are holding up great! It was the mount for the external wastegate into the upipe.
AS for the fuel system, yes the supply comes in from the rear and the front fittings are joined together and currently feed the return line via a ball valve. Trying to pin down how much fuel we can return (cooler fuel temps the less it stays in the head) with out affecting pressure at various throttle levels. Eventually it will be some amount of orifice. No regulator as the FASS has its own built in regulator, and so with another regulator they could fight each other and this way we have more control. What you see is a bit of bouncing ideas back and forth between Dan (FASS) and myself. So far we are happy with it.
Next we need to play with the tuning
