First off let me apologize now i know yall have probably seen this numerous times i have spent countless hours looking for the dodge nv4500 to chevy "racetrack" 205 passenger side drop problem.

so let me start out with what i have and yall can pick me apart with what im doing and thinking wrong would be greatly appreciated.

1984 chevy 1 ton 4x4 dually dana 60 up front dana 80 in the rear it had a big hammer 454 but just like everyone else out there fuel economy and of course power was an issue so i went out and scored myself a 96 cummins motor harness turbo out of a wreck 95 with only 37k miles!! heard run had an auto tranny (didnt want) found a dodge nv4500 with 86k out of a 4x4

now for the issue i have a good bit of money wrapped up into my front axle so swapping axles is really not an option i would like to avoid. and finding a 205 out of a first gen getrag is extremely hard to come by in my parts. i would love to hear your guys opinions and options until then im gonna keep on searching.

keep looking, they are out there. I have one in my 71 chevy, i may have gotten real lucky though

 

I thought I saw a kit on Xtreame 4x4 where a 205 could be flipped for the oppisite side drop. It was something about the chain and oil that is it

 

I'm not sure I wish there was an adapter that went from race track to circle

 

Making some head way found a 241d out of an 88 dodge anyoneone know anything about these cases
