i have a 1990 cummins im putting im my f350 i have seen videos how to pull injectors im cerious how to put them back in? just tap them in with a socket over them?

i am swapping a nv4500 in it as well, if i get clutch pedal bracket from a 5 speed ford will it just bolt up under there ? or do i have to drill holes for bolts and the slave?

The injectors should only go back in one way, just make sure the body and the hole is cleaned up good. Wouldnt hurt to put a little bit of antiseize on the body also. Just dont put any lower than the copper washer. As far as the pedal assembly goes, find one out of the same year of truck or whatever years were the same and use it. You will just have to look and see if the holes are already there in your truck, if not, make holes!!
