Im getting ready to swap the 5.9 cummins into my 85 chevy CC. Curious to see what has worked the best as far as the intercooler and AC condenser in these trucks. I'd like to find the cleanest setup without hacking the core support up to much. Thanks for any help!!

I have a 85 chev 2wd that im working on, im just putting the finishing touches on it. I had a stock dodge intercooler, that i cut 3 inches off the top of and welded new aluminum plates overtop the end tanks to seal it back up. didnt have to cut much out of the rad support at all. Im running a 3 core hd chevy rad and 2 12" pusher fans out front. works great so far.

 

I thought i read somewhere about a powerstroke intercooler fitting in these?
