I would think the easiest way to do it is buy a totaled duramax. Then u will have all u need. It makes it much easier.

^^ agreed an nice t-boned LBZ sounds like it would be your best bet.

IIRC ATS is swapping a dmax into a 99-03 super duty.

While I am a Cummins fan(and yet I drive a truck powered by a dinosuar of an engine ), the dmax is a really nice engine with a great pedigree.

SINNER!!! I your the first person I know that hates the Cummins, yes they like to leak a lil oil but its not their fault its the operators fault for not taking care if the issues because all engines eventually leak everything under the sun. I have never heard of this Conversion proably becauese Duramax relies so much on Computers and sensor and electronic. You may be aware but Duramax doesnt have the best rap sheet either, Injector Problems, Head Warpage Ect ect, but hey its you damn truck so dont give a damn what anyone else thinks. Only reason why you hear so much about Cummins COnversions is because they dont need a computer to run just a battery, and fuel weather it be Diesel, or its own oil it will run

you should submit a suggestion to that show on Spike TV.." Trucks" for them to do it, they already did a cummins in a 70's model truck, maybe they would be interested and they have unlimited resources. You could just follow the show and see how they did it.

I would like to see someone do a Duromax swap in a Hummer H1 too.
