I talked to the guy at sb and he said that you need to match the bore and stroke to the ford and the one that comes the closest is a 95 jeep 4.0 I looked at one at advance it should work I have one coming what I like about this one is it has a bleeder the doege ones did not

When I converted mine from auto to manual, I removed most of the trans harness. The only thing I saved was the reverse light wiring which I attached to the switch on the manual. Below the master cylinder is a couple of connectors that connect vehicle to trans harness. I connected the wiring at that point which bypassed the neutral safety switch. Let me know what engine trans combo you have and I can look up the diagram.

Are you talkin master or slave? What did you end up using? Peter at SB is out till Monday and my truck is down. I was using the Ford master and Dodge slave til this morning when the master broke loose from firewall. It had not been releasing entirely anyway. I have a slave/master complete unit, but no pushrod in the master.

Ok, good. I'm too cheap for that so I got a used master/slave off a 00 Dodge, I have it all together but the original Ford master pushrod needs lengthened 3" and looks as though it will work in the Dodge master cylinder.
