Default 93 CTD in a 2001 F350 ZF6 4X4

Well I'm again going to reinvent the wheel, nobody builds anything that suits me. I have enroute a 2001 PSD SD F350 4X4 XLT 4dr truck with the ZF6 trans, not good enough as I just love the VE 5.9 stuff. I have spent sleepless nights doing my virtual swap. I'm pretty sure I'm going with fordcummins complete deal. What I can't wrap my imagination around is how the crank spacer works? Between the Cummins crank and the PSD flywheel? How does my starter drive get into the additional depth?
The instructions are unclear to me as what flywheel I use? I have a 93 complete clutch, which is the Sachs 12.75" do I need a different flywheel? It says that I can use the PSD clutch or Dodge 6 speed clutch? Which one would be better for me? I am not a beater, but I want to do it once and right. They have "special" a pilot bushing, would I want to use that or have the flywheel cut for a sealed bearing? Im thinking that sounds better to me?
Looking for some knowledge on this as this swap is the ticket now. Any other info would be appreciated, exhaust manifolds, use the Dodge Alternator or go with Ford, whatever bits of expirence would help, Thanks, Artie

Default Problems ?

Give the people at DeStroked or Auto World a call and they will answer ALL of your questions. Personally I would rather use Auto World (Great Falls MT ) mounts my self (i used them in my 5.9 conversion in a 99 super duty) than any other company out there! A friend and I are putting a 24V P Pump in front of a ZF 6 spd. in a 05 Super Duty and he went with DeStroked mounts and trans adapter. Both quality products and SUPPORT !

Good Luck and keep us posted!

Default auto world

Auto World

if you read they use destroked products

I called both places ford cummins and destroked if destroked had ford cummins customer service they would have something I think both places could learn from each other

I called destroked about 3 times I am still waiting back on a call 6 months ago

I made my own mounts and am documenting everything on my build i went with a full dodge drive train in mine 98 12v np4500 nv273

I looked at a fummins conersion's motor mounts and they look pretty good? Someone wasn't going to use them because they didn't appear to strong? Any input on that?
