Looking good Manny! What IP timing did you end up with?

27 degrees advanced.

on the Highway doing 65-70, the motor seemed pretty loud at 3K (35" tires are my OD).
EGTs stay around 900, until I hit a decent up-hill grade...had to downshift once.

on the trail I reached 4K for a moment...guess she won't disintegrate above 3K :p

Nice, that is what I am running. I noticed the water temp went down after I advanced, plus it woke it up alot, mpg's stayed the same. I don't have a egt guage, but it runs very cool. My motor is a little noisier at idle, but just as quiet at speed. Have you gotten any mpg figures yet?

how much boost are you running?
I started w/13lbs, turned it down to 11...will prob. try 9lbs.

Mine also runs cool...very cool, like below "C".
I was starting to think the previous owner removed the thermostat.

no mileage numbers yet, I do have a total fuel usage for my trip: 9 gallons of diesel

this is from pollack pines to loon, and the Rubicon Springs...then run it backwards, all the way back to pollack pines.

I don't think I'll be needing a jerry can next time :p

I am at 10lbs of boost, I don't see any more power past 10lbs just more heat. I see the best mpg's if I keep the boost @ 5-7lbs.
