Red, what is the adapter plate setup you have in the picture? I'm about to design one in CAD for a v2203 to a ranger t5.

Its a v2203 to Jeep AX-15. You can have the cad drawings if it would save you any time.

Do you have any cad drawings of just the motor side? That would save me a lot of time. What are you going with for your flywheel? And is that just a same sized spacer to match the adapter?

Red adapted his jeep flywheel. Kubotaman and I retained the kubota flywheel and machined it to fit the oem clutch. We opted for that route because it retaines the kubota starter.

I think this is what you're looking for... I don't have any other formats, but my machinist friend would probably save it to a different one if you need a specific file type.

All of the files that I have can be found here:

Yep! Retaining the Jeep starter and clutch parts were the reasons why I kept the Jeep flywheel.

Well what do you guys recommend? Easier to machine the kubota flywheel or use the stock ford flywheel?

Also thank you very much for the drawing of the kubota bell housing, now all I need to do is draw up my ford t5 center them and overlay them.

Update: Since modifying the pump the little truck runs fantastic, so good in fact I have changed the rear gear out again, this time to a 3.08. It still has plenty of power for the gear and runs about 2100 RPM at 70 MPH. The engine is running cooler and seems to labor less. However, I’m disappointed in the MPG I’m getting from the IDI engine, it just isn’t what I expected, I thought it would be much better. I performed controlled test runs today with a “controlled fuel tank”. I ran exactly 1 gallon of fuel during each run and the test were performed at a specific MPH, here are the results. 60 MPH yielded 31 MPG, 70 MPH yielded 28 MPG. These results are not anywhere close to what I expected, nor are the close to what FTE is getting with his DI engine. So, I believe I have come full circle with the IDI engines, I do not believe there is anything else to be improved upon in power or MPG. Don’t get me wrong, the truck runs great, I just want more MPG! I have a DI engine on the stand being built as I type, updates when I swap it out.

What kinda horsepower and torque are you making with your turbo? Do you have any idea?

Not sure, never had it on a dyno, but it's significantly more than a stock 2203 engine! I can run down the interstate at 70+ with power to spare. I have an app on my phone that calculates the vehicles weight vs. engine displacement combined with a 0-60 run to give you an approximate H.P. rating. I need to try that before i swap over to the DI engine.

Where did you find your turbo manifold at and what'd it cost?
