just the motor , the turbo is available for extra$300 , ? says it will work on the 1.6 ? BTW : thnx for all the info

Regarding the turbo set-up: ts not worth it unless its complete, that is, turbo oil pan, oil return line, oil feed line, turbo charger, exhaust manifold, intake manifold with turbo hose. If its complete, then I'd go for it even if the shaft is sloppy. You can always get a turbo rebuild kit for around $50-$80. You can get a complete turbo set-up on ebay for about $300-$400.

You can still do the swap without the turbo. You can always add it later too.
