I just used a piece of universal flex-hose radiator hose for the top, you can get them in different lengths at the parts store and it worked fine for the top hose on my Cummins to IDI radiator. The bottom hose required a special crossover to run from the passenger side of the Cummins block to the drivers side of the bottom of the IDI radiator. I made the crossover out of mild steel pipe and used a universal 90* hose at each end connecting to the engine and radiator. Be sure to put a bead on the crossover if you go that route or you might blow the crossover off in the driveway!

As for the clutch hydraulics, if I recall correctly, you can drive the roll pin out of the master cylinder and mate the hydraulic line from the Dodge assembly to the Ford master cylinder.....that's what I did on mine, but it was with a Getrag clutch assembly, so I'm not certain on the NV4500....

Not much help on the master/slave cylinder, I used the Dodge clutch master cylinder on mine, but there is a way you can hook them up.
