Curious, the transfer case is off of a V10 ZF6. NV4500 came out of a 96 ram 2 wheel drive. What does it take to make it work?

 

Sounds like you need to convert the NV4500 to 4wd with a tailshaft housing and an output shaft, then likely a spud shaft conversion to change from the NV4500 tailshaft splincount (29 spline?) to the Ford spline count (32 spline?). Advance Adapters makes a kit for NV4500 to Ford transfer case, but IIRC you have to trim the output shaft of the NV4500 to clear the internal offset of the transfercase input...
