there is another one I saw a while back of a wagon I heard the engine blew anyway I had posted earlier on marks 95 so I got my tranny parts today I am hoping to have engine out and get it test fitted and be able to start assembling soon

How that I have my trans problem under control I need to ask about the waste gate on the om617 in my S10.What is the best way to set it up it works on vacuum it think.

the waste gate is on pressure not vacuum if you have a boost gauge I don't think I would go over 14 most are using a needle vale to control max boost in the pressure line from manifold to waste gate open the needle valve for less boost if you have eliminated the over boost shutoff then you should just have 1 line going to it when i find a picture I will post it

well the old Mercedes is all cleaned and stripped down removed injectors and will remove pre chambers tomorrow and adjust the valves also made the wrenches to do it and they work great if any one wants a set let me know I am selling sets also waiting on flywheel bolts took a couple pics on progress

removing the locking nuts is being a challenge and the prechambers well after removal of the locking nuts on 3,4,5 1&2 will not come out soaking with wd40 now the pre chambers are to my surprise a thread size that is really uncommon 22x1.0 I found a thread size you wont believe this but a bicycle puller has the same thread size needed for the prechamber puller I bought it on ebay for 13.99 pretty cheap have the bolts for the flywheel valves are adjusted will overhaul injectors this week have my pop tester built does any one know the range for the injectors to pop off at that is the best for fuel economy

Default injector tester

I finally put my injector tester together and wow talk about slick i figured i would share it with all of you

pump torin T71101 ebay 39.99 11.65 shipping
gauge 3000 psi liquid filled 10.00

brass t and I brazed an old injector line to a 1/4 npt fitting so slick and smooth and under 75.00 with no modifying

all tested at 2000 psi

Deck, your going to use the baby GM bell housing? I'm thinking about putting a 3.0 in my 94 S10 if I can find one nearby.
