Update. I've made several changes since last post. I've installed a d60 front with crossover steering and swapped the rear 14b to an 03' AAM 10.5 with parking brake in the rotors and 4.10 gears and a Detroit locker. I had to cut the perches on the rear and weld on new ones to change the width. I've scrounged a 97' 4x4 nv4500, upgraded the 5th gear nut and resealed it. I had my dodge np205 machined to accept the larger input, purchased a cast iron tail housing for the nv4500, a new spline coupler, Valair confe 13" clutch and mated it all together. I just serviced it and installed in the burb this weekend after fabricating a new trans crossmember and new tcase crossmember using diy4x np205 tcase mounting kit. While I had the engine out I installed a Fleece bypass kit at rear of block, new freeze plugs, refabbed the engine mount plates and installed urethane mounts in them. I made a new engine crossmember that is easier to remove and install as well. I have also gutted the core support to make room for the 97' radiator and intercooler. I put the intercooler and radiator on the engine side of the support and want to install a Vintage Air Monster condenser with dual fans in front behind the grill. That's the plan anyway. I've got Ballistic shock hoops to install, upgrade the fuel system, purchase and install the clutch hydraulics and it should be driveable again. I'll get pictures together tonight and post. B
