I know theres some fast *** 6 speed dmaxes out there, there is a guy Darius iirc out in Michigan whos 6 speed lly runs mid 12's with stock turbo and other BPU's

trying to find a video of him, he shifts so damn fast

what will you take for the auto six speed ? i'm putting an isuzu in my beach wrangler . jim neely

I'm sure you can find a dmax owner that will do a straight swap with you. If I had one I know I would...

But, to the original question. You will need the computer, harness and probably driveshafts if you don't want to get yours modified. Plus shift linkage and handle and whatever mounts it will take on the column, dash if you want the PRNDL and I'm not sure what the Dmax uses as a TPS, maybe the same style pedal as the 6.5?

they use tps sensor, tcm an the wiring idk would be a beeotch to run

That is a fast truck and a fast shift!! Whats the shift pattern look like? I cant seem to get it down and I have watched it 3 times.

same tranny in fords,

low hole is left and down, the standard 4 speed h, then overdrive is all the wy right and up.

he starts in second at 2800rpms
Hes running stock turbo, Stock intake, stock injectors. efi live, lift pump i think and clutch. when he did that video.

he put on an intake and ran a mid 12 after that.
