Default Diesel Engine Swap In My Bar Stool Racer...

Since I have a serious and continued diesel itch I have been contemplating swapping a diesel engine into my Bar Stool Racer. The current engine is a 6.5hp clone from Harbor Freight. It definitely does the job though, even with the extended frame it still can do a wheelie!
I was thinking of swapping it for a clone diesel engine... A one cylinder unit should be enough. Im sure a 4.5hp diesel should do it. IM SURE it puts out more TQ then the gas one.
Has anyone ever seen one of these one cylinder diesel engines in action? I believe the one im looking at is a Yanmar Clone.

What do ya-all think?

Here is the diesel engine...

Here is my the Bar Stool Racer. I will switch the seat out for a custom bar stool with some custom built legs. Since i work at Lincoln Electric in the automation division we have a robot with a plasma cutter on it... Oh the possibilities. I am want to change the handle bars but am not sure what i want to do... Perhaps a set of renthal bars or a custom straight drag bar setup.

Don't forget a mini stack!
We have a small diesel motor here that a customer dropped off, they make Biodiesel and want us to put a pump on it for them.
It's a single cylinder 70# motor, would be perfect for the barstool racer.
There is no manufacture name on it but it is 296cc, Model 178F also on the fan cover it has HD300D. Looks like a Harbor Freight motor.
Found it on Ebay.

Not long after I found the engine that's pictured above I found the "mini stack" your talking about online. A guy on ebay sells them. They are like 350$ shipped I believe! I will go that route for sure! It is much lighter (68#) and smaller then th other unit. I think it would work allot better. The guy states that the 6hp diesel has same power (tq) as the 12hp gas engine! SICK

I wish I had a garage still (we moved) but I may build a little work shed soon. Need place for tools! Basement is crammed!

They want u to put a pump on the motor to use motor to mix bio diesel or one on it to run bio IN the motor? According to the sales guy that sells that motor they aready are bio-diesel ready. He sells replacement parts too! He has some videos on you tube. One is the procedure to put the injector pump in motor (replacement procedure).

They are going to use the motor to pump stuff, don't know exactly what. Then use they're own Bio to run the motor.

How many HP do you need though? How big is the tractor? These guys have some larger HP engines Carroll Stream Motor Company Home Page
