I'll be using two 16'' electric pusher fans in front of the I/C. That should cool it no problem.

is the intercooler inbetween the fans and radiator? if so do you think that will blow through the intercooler to sufficiently cool the radiator with all the heat of the engine being that close

Fans will be in front of the intercooler which is in front of the radiator. Yes I think it will cool no problem. There's people that run these things with no fan at all.

Take the 4 or so bolts out at the firewall and bottom of the fender by the door jamb, and the two holding the radiator support to the front of the frame and off it comes.

Got it off, pretty simple after the wiring gets out of the way.
