Hers the first "Little" gmc longnose I bought a 37 1 1/2 ton wrecker. It had an old Reliable brand hand crank winch on it that I sold at a swap meet. I dont know what I was thinking---If there's one thing every man needs ........... Its a Reliable Wench!

Heres a pic of one of the first GMC diesels-a 47 with the 471GMC(detroit Diesel), compared to the 37's -these had a face only a mother could love.

Heres a pic of my living room decor and one of my dad at around 16 yrs old with my grandpa's 37- Perryton, Tx in 39. If you ever saw the American Experience episode about the dustbowl, Perryton was one of the worst affected-I dont know how they afforded this truck but Im sure they were as prowd of it as could be-I found this pic 5 yrs after I got into old 30's GMC's and didn't know Grandpa always used them with the family produce buiz, Turned out its a family tradition.

Well I wouldn't be too sure, Some one on a large auction site email'd me and said he did a HD 37 two windshield GMC on a 96 dodge 3500 frame-- I kinda DONT think there are TWO like this. he might make a restart to the thread.

OK its the same guy--Stan. Looks like he had a friend do this thread for him and since then he moved to iowa, and is now thinking of returning to Wyoming. He says the truck is 99% complete but the chrome shop botched the grill pieces twice, He saw my custom billet 37 gmc grill pieces on feebay.

Ill try to get Stan to send me more pics of this kick *** truck!
