89 GMC V3500 454 to 95 Cummins

Default 89 GMC V3500 454 to 95 Cummins

The GMC had a EFI 454 with a SM465 trans and 205 TC. 95 Cummins with auto motor prep for install ,motor mounts from Forddieselconversion,killer dowl pin fix,installed Fluidampr, installed ALT/AC bracket off of a 93 F600 with a 5.9 so I would not need to notch frame,AC compressor came from a Detorit 60,ATS exhaust manifold,60lb.exhaust springs,after market intake horn,and last a #5 fuel plate. Got a South Bend clutch,trans is a NV4500 front input shaft Dodge rear 32 spline Chevy to mount Chevy 205. Cut out front brace next to motor mount and notched the frount cross member to clear balancer;stock rear cross member. 2" body lift, 1st gen Dodge raidator,F550 intercooler and stock AC condencer.While I was at it I installed rear disc brakes on a 14 bolt with 3.73 gears, twin sticked the 205 with drive line brake: pull handel between seats and EX,Boost,fuel pressure gauges.I put a 40gal. tank behind the rear diff.Removed stock fuel pump and heater also grid heater and installed Airdog. Now that I haveput 3000 miles on it; I want to change the trans to a 7+ speed and remote mount 205 to much space between 2 and 3 gear. Will be puting 19.5 wheels on to. Do not want to go twins but what other power upgrade would you do? I was thinking about 75hp injectors. I tow a lot ,the truck is a work truck at this point I get 18 mpg street,highway and towing over a week . Ex temp 280 up to 800 avg 480. So what do you all think?
