I contacted Cummins for more information on the 4BT and was told that many commercial customers and independent shops have used this Cummins engine. You can expect near 800 lbs wet and loaded w/ all accessories on.....
Mine came in at 783lbs I believe when I weight it at work before going to the dyno. (To really see what airbags I needed to run up front)
Fun and easy little motors to work on that will pull a big block like a toy in the torque department........ weight wise I never worried about.... I'm gonna be really tipping the scales no matter what I do.
