05 f-350 EGR cooler delete

Default 05 f-350 EGR cooler delete

I am wanting to know. If deleting my EGR cooler.Will cause any problems.My EGR cooler has blown twice in eleven months.The dealer has put new oil coolers and EGR coolers in at the same time.I pull a 5th wheeler.Just trying to find away to fix this from happening again.It has not blown a head gasket yet.Please Help!!!!Thanks

you can block it off. we unplugged my buddy's on his 05 but ever time he pulled his 25ft goose neck it would over heat than the truck starting leaking oil and it was stock now he has 07 cummins he likes it a lot better than the ford.

the 6.0 are hit and miss. i would delete the egr valve it would be better for the engine in the long run. his didn't over heat because of the egr valve was unplugged. i think these 6.0l are designed poorly this is way so many people have issues with them. i should have worded better in the last post.
