This is a sweet project! I have always liked the DT466 and DT533's. I have a DT466 in a Cat generator that I service.

Looks great! I am building a similar truck. How did you mount the cab? It looks like you kept it as low as possible without modifying the frame. Do you have any pictures of the bottom side of the cab? I have a 2001 regular cab, and I picked up a crew cab from a 96 one ton to put on it.

I suspect the O-ringed liners reduce the sound transmission to the block. I really like the 360/466 series engines. Nice and simple, plus the benefit of replaceable cylinders..

Default Wheel adapters

I had the output shaft threads moved back so that the lock nut would seat against the speedometer reluctor and resplined the output shaft to 31 spline to fit the transfer case, the shaft work was done by performance cyrogenics in california. If anyone is interested in the aluminum adapter i can make them for a reasonable price. The picture of the whole truck is from when it was still 2wd, it now sits a couple feet higher. The picture of the twins is old, i will try to put a couple more up when i get the setup done.
Hello, do you still have the adapters you made or can you make more?
