Default chevy idea/help

ok heres the deal; i picked up an 82 chevy crew cab long bed 4x4 1 ton. (the price was a 6 pack and cleaning out a busted barn and pulling it out) i got it home and washed it up. it has been sitting for 15 years or so. in 92 the barn blew down and for some reason the guy decided to not worry about cleaning it up and getting it out. man its CLEAN. the paint is not faded and the tires were all flat but looked almost brand new. the odometer shows 28563. i asked if it was orig miles and he said yes. the only damage i can see is the "tonneau cover" is busted and the back window on the pass side is cracked. i have not got into the engine to see if it will run. but it is not greasy at all. the truck look almost brand new. anyways i have a 92 12valve that i am looking to put into it. i am not worried about the motor mounts i can build those without an issue. but what should i do with the engine. the tenitive plan is a ddp fuel screw, ddp fuel pump spring and 80 hp injectors. i will most likely runn a 3rd gen turbo (unless there is a less expensive choice that will work as good or better). but as for the truck i and going to lift it 4-6" and run 35" tires. i and still torn between

jeep electric green

jeep olive green

copper

the truck will have chrome stacks (not sure of the type yet). the interior will be updated with interior out of a 01 or newer chevy with leather. i would like to run the dodge 6 speed. (the truck has a 4 speed in it now. well give me your ideas and when i get back from school i will try to get some pics up.

I would just put a stock 3rd gen aluminum IC on it and spend the money some where else on the truck. Sounds like a nice build though.

on ebay the stock 3rd gen innercoolers (if you can find them) are around 1000 and a new bd is 1200. i think the better flow of the bd is worth 200 right?

You have got to be kidding me right? $1000 for a used stocker? I've seen them going lately for $300. I would do some looking other than ebay first.

Take it from me, a guy with a conversion still in progress, don't worry about what color or rims or anything like that until you get it running.
