do It. i like when people say you shouldnt or dont. just makes me want it more cause i know when im done people stand back and become jelious of the end result. and after you build something they are usually easier to fix cause you know all about it... but hey just my 02. besides its fun to build stuff

If it were me I would do exactly as you are wanting to do. I would use a Dodge NV4500 and a New Process tcase. The 2nd gen dodges have NP241DLD's or DHD's. The DHD's take a lot more abuse but the LD's aren't terrible. I would also use a 94-98 engine but whatever you get will work. If you need any help let me know.
