Hey dont be sorry some people are naturally a holes and get all pissy if something gets posted more than once. With this big of a site and as many new people that we have here stuff is gonna get posted more than once... GET USED TO IT!!!!!

On another note i think that is a bad a car and if that some how someway became like a kit car or production car I would totally buy one. I mean whats cooler than cruisin down the street in a high hp diesel powered car??? Esspecially a GNX!!!

That is WAY cooler than the diesel powered Vette that I saw.. I love the G-body cars.. and that one looks so freakin awesome with those big tires on the back.. I'd like to see what it runs in the 1320..

The car was featured in Diesel Power Magazine a while back. (read the entire article here: http://www.dieselpowermag.com/featur...gal/index.html) The engine is mostly stock except for a programmer and the trans is a 4L85E out of a 1-ton van. The car runs in the high 12's on street tires and has knocked down 36 mpg on highway trips, when the dude can keep his foot out of it.

Yea, I could probably find the time to clear out enough junk in the garage to make a spot for it.

Olds Cutlass that was originally equipped with a 5.7 diesel.....chose that car to make the GNX clone--after serious restructuring (Regals and Cutlasses are different)--to get around the emissions issues of using a diesel.

That car has been around for a long time....old news on the GN boards. But still cool.
