6.6 Brazilian swap

6.6 Brazilian swap
Hey all, new here and thought I would share my latest swap. I didn't do most of the swap, just gotta finish it up. It is a 95 F350 with a 6.6 Brazilian, has the 545 Allisn that was behind it in the donor vehicle behind it, as well as an auxillary divorced overdrive. As far as the engine, all I have to do is replace the voltage regulator and rout my air cleaner and exhaust. Driveline is somewhat of another issue. I have a vibration at almost all speeds, but is really pronounced at anything above about 40MPH. I believe it is coming from the final driveshaft. It is very short, and I believe it may have too much angle and is binding up some. I am going to try to get a spirit level and check angles and phasing this week. I do have a few questions though. I would like to add a little more boost to her. Does anyone have any idea how large of a turbo I could add? I am going to check the pump and see how hard it would be to turn it up a little. Anyway, here are some pictures of the Green Goblin

I think the auto trans (non-lockup; direct) and aux OD will be less than ideal in the long run. I like an auto for a yard tug, but otherwise I prefer manual shift on the road.
