Default V2203 Diesel Ranger Conversion Kits

Just out of curiosity I might have the opportunity of creating a kit that you bolt all together and then bolt the Kubota V2203 right into your 4x4 Ford ranger. I figured Id get some outside opinion. This would include, motor mounts, intercooler mounts, oil pan, throttle linkage, transmission adapter, turbo adapter, accessory mounting, and possibly a few other things such as gauges. A wiring harness.... etc. Let me know your ideas or what you all think, thanks!

I talked to a guy at work that would love to do one of these conversions and he thinks you should offer several different options

offer your master kit all ready to go

offer it piece by piece for the people that do most of it by themselves

offer a complete blueprint option including the cnc program to do the adapter plate ect

and finally offer an instruction manual similar to what ford cummins or the call themselves dcs now Home | Diesel Conversion Specialists

FORD CUMMINS INSTALLATION MANUAL-Cummins into '99+ Ford SuperDuty

I bought their manual before i started my ford conversion and it was well worth the 27.00 but it also will help separate the do it yourself-er from someone that thinks they can but really cant and make sure you include all prices for ordering in the instruction manual

Those were all plans, im not really looking to make money off this either to be honest. its more if I can cove cost then im happy. a lot of users on here helped me so now I wanna do my part and make it easier and cost effective. Im working with a guy out of Florida to do this, but it would most likely be several months before we can have it all set up. but theres a good chance I can get individual parts here shortly. I was just curious as to what people had to think. I know at one time adapters were sold for like 700 well I made mine for like 250 and if you look at my form its not shackled together its nice one piece cnc solid aluminum. id prolly sell them for about 350 or so. cutters are expensive to buy.

Also I have 2 adapters for sale for 350 a piece. we made a few spares.

To be honest id really like to get into multiple diesel swaps, such as Mercedes, 4bt, Kubota. anything anyone can come up with to put in whatever they want. but right now I work at Kenworth and am going to school through them. I guess we will see where this adventure of a hobby takes me!

I would like to buy one of your V-2203 / Ranger adapter plates and possibly some other items if they are available. Please let me know, and how you would like payment. Thanks

Well, I would like an adapter plate I don't think I could make one for that price. Have you made a front accessory plate for mounting P.S. pump, A.C.compressor. ALTERNATOR and belt tensioner? If so please price that. I think ford used the same mazda 5 speed manual trans. thru '98( M50 trans.) my ranger is a'94. Ya know I think its probably best to just price up what you have ready to go at this time and I will probably get them. Your prices seem reasonable to me so far. Thanks, Rob
