I have a 2001 dodge 2500
Stock turbo
Silenced ring is out
It had a smarty on it

When driving and my turbo starts to spool and while its pushing boost I hear I high pitch whistle on my driver side.

Idk if I've lost boost don't have a gauge
What for y'all think it is I've tried looking at my boots but nothing noticeable.

 

Look into the 98.5 02 forum down below. search for a boost tester. You can make it yourself from parts from the hardware store. find your problem without having motor running.
