Default 1st gen Cummins swap for an 03 lb7

Hey everyone I'm looking for advice on doing a 1st gen swap into my 03 2500 lb7, with the Alison 1000, I blew my injection pump, and the truck needs injectors, cups high pressure fuel lines. So I thought I would look into doing a 1st gen swap?

No worse than the cummins 3/4-ton std-cab frames.... also 6" channel of similar thickness.

I've been running a 4L80E for 6 years behind my CTD with out any problems. I just got the best kit I could find at the time with a Kevlar band. I run a TCI controller 1st. generation. Nobody was making much of anything at the time to run them behind the CTD. PATC makes a 1200 stall speed converter rated at 1000 HP. They also make a triple disc also. They make adapters, and controllers also. A 97 or newer would be a better trans they oil better.

GOOD LUCK

Damn I couldn't even think our count last night. I've been running that 4L80E for 13 to 14 years.
