Ive got an 01 cummins 24v and the pillar guages just quit working. I can turn the key to run and they are reading right but as soon as i crank the truck up they all quit. Im getting power because the all light up. And they have a good ground. Glow shift guages... Boost,trans temp an pyro. Help ive gotta pull a load tomorrow!!!!

 

Glow shift huh?? Are you sure grounds are good? No wires shorted out?

Yes glow shift... Could it be the guages? Ive traced all the wires they seem fine

 

Try checking your grounds again to where ever there grounded to. You could try re wiring them. It could be the gauges id get rid of them. Some people havent had troubles but most haw

It wouldnt be the grounds if they light up and read would it? cause as soon as i crank the truck they quit reading but are still lit... If i smack the side of the guage they move around

 

There's three wires per gauge I think right? Ground, power, access
