ok heres my problem guys i have a 94 cummins 12v engine was rebuilt around 2 years ago has smoked blue eversince done a compression test and blow bye test both check good injectors have been tested and no issues. i hav even ran back to stock injectors and no improvement. if i run the grid heater there is alot les blue smoke. and the warmer the day less smoke yet. when i drive it the smoke usually goes away after a mile or so but when its cold and it idles you can still slightly see it. today i pulled the turbo and exhuast manifold and conformed it is only the 3rd cylander any thoughts?

 

Valve seals?

 

could be the exhaust 3 valve seal isnt sealed but neither is exhuats 4

 

Mine does that too. I am blaming it in my unknown-but-retarted-for sure timing after gear tooth jumping attempt.
