I had a rear pinion bearing go on my old ramcharger & it made noises similar to what you are describing, but it didn't vibrate & it stunk like burnt gear dope. I wish I could be more help to you, but to be honest if it isn't the midship(carrier) bearing, you said you don't have one, or the trans mount I'm just guessing.

maybe a warped rotor. Does it shake at idle?

It really sounds like a tread separation or flat spot on a tire. I'd run your hand over every inch of the tread of each tire in a couple different directions and see if you can feel it. Or better yet, jack it up and spin the tires and see if you can see something odd in the tread.

No it seems smoth at idle. But i though this morning it vibrated a bit on the rear cab window since i have stacks but it was like 20 degrees this morning when i tried to take it to the dealer and they said they are 2 bussy to look at it today. Some dealer geees

Real slow it doesent but slowing from 20 or so u can hear it and feel it a little. High speeds it seem like it get a little less but with 5 inch stacks its hard to hear

U joints are another possibility.
the front driveshaft will never turn with the front wheels on the ground, there is no front axle disconnect.

Ok all yes I found that out thinking my transfer case was shot. But later models are locked the 2000 2001 2002 i belive have it unlocked. But it was my rear drive shaft U-Joints they were completely frozen solid no movement. Darn. LOL Lots of torque and I guess i made it worse the other night and now the truck is smoother then a month ago.

So for all that helped thanks.
I guess with added hp those u-Joints dont last long
