Default HELP I FORGOT THE SPECS

Im changing the injectors out on my 03 and lost the paper for the torque specs on the rocker arm,injector bolts, and fuel rods( or whatever they are called) any help appreciated

injector torque is

injector bolts 44 in lb
injector bolts 0 in lb
connecting tube nuts 12ft lb
injector bolts 89 in lb
connecting tube nuts 37 ft lbs

rocker arms i dont remember off the top of my head

rocker arm is 27 ftlbs

A Haynes (or Chiltons) manual is really good investment, helped me out a lot with my 12v
