No, i ran amsoil 15w-40 all summer, i really didnt like th emilage i was getting. but i need my timming done, the valves set as well. It got cool ina hurry so i switch to a lighter oil. I have used this one before. I know alot who use it and like it. If they had amsoil there i would have used that instead

Keep an eye on your oil level and run a thicker oil would be IMO

ok i think that i will. When my cat plugged up, that was some time ago it almost overheated and i got some oil build up(visible) on the exhaust gaskets on the exhaust manifold. I told my the local dealer no to to drive it but they did. they ended up cutting the cat off and welding the pipe back up. You can still see th residue on the gaskets. I have had the metal gasket fail for the oil cooler and had oil in the coolant. so many problems . i compensate with dumaurier regular and crown royal sometimes
